Who We Help
We work with athletes, runners, lifters, and active adults who want to stay active and keep pushing their limits — not slow down. Most of our patients are dealing with injuries that keep coming back, pain that shows up during training, or movement limitations that are holding them back. If you’re someone who enjoys training, staying active, and challenging your body — but keeps running into the same issues — you’re in the right place.
We commonly work with:
• Runners dealing with knee, hip, or Achilles pain
• Lifters with shoulder, back, or squat/deadlift issues
• Athletes working through recurring or stubborn injuries
• Active adults who want to stay consistent without setbacks
The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain — it’s to keep you training and performing at your best.
How This Is Different
This isn’t just about getting a quick adjustment.
The focus is on understanding how your body moves, identifying what’s actually causing the issue, and addressing it with a combination of hands-on treatment and targeted rehab.
The goal is not just short-term relief, but helping you move better, reduce pain, and continue training without the same problems coming back.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is focused on understanding what’s really going on — not just where it hurts.
We’ll start with a conversation about your injury, training, and goals, followed by a movement-based assessment to identify the root cause of the issue.
Treatment is often started on the first visit and may include a combination of chiropractic care, dry needling, soft tissue work, and rehab strategies based on what your body needs.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s causing the problem and a plan to help you move better, reduce pain, and continue training.
Most injuries and movement issues don’t resolve in a single visit. The goal is to identify the root cause and guide you through a plan that keeps you training and progressing.

Do I need to be an athlete to come in?
No. While we work with many athletes and active adults, our care is for anyone who wants to move better, feel better, and get to the root cause of pain or dysfunction.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit includes a consultation, movement-based assessment, and a personalized plan based on your symptoms and goals. Treatment may begin the same day depending on your needs.

When available, yes. We recommend booking online to see the most up-to-date openings.

What areas do you serve?
We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio and serve patients from surrounding areas who are looking for chiropractic care, dry needling, and movement-based rehab.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our scheduling system at any time. If you have questions before booking, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you choose the right service.
What’s the difference between chiropractic care and rehab therapy?
Chiropractic care focuses more on restoring joint motion and reducing pain, while rehab therapy focuses on strengthening, stability, mobility, and movement retraining. Many patients benefit from a combination of both.
Do you treat injuries or just general pain?
Both. We work with acute injuries, chronic pain, mobility restrictions, and performance limitations. Treatment is based on your goals, lifestyle, and movement needs.
Do you work with athletes and active adults?
Yes. We commonly work with runners, lifters, CrossFit athletes, and active individuals who want to stay healthy, recover faster, and move efficiently.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is best—athletic wear is ideal. We may assess movement and perform hands-on care, so clothing that allows mobility is helpful.
How long are appointments?
Appointment length depends on the service and your treatment plan. Your booking confirmation will include the scheduled time, and we’ll always respect your time.
Can I do chiropractic, dry needling, and rehab together?
Yes. Many patients get the best results by combining services. Your plan is customized based on what your body needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
